#jobbjustnu Vårt uppdrag är att leda våra deltagare ut i arbete eller studier. Det gör vi bland annat genom tjänsten Rusta och Matcha (KROM). Våra uppdragsgivare utgörs av statliga myndigheter, kommuner och privata företag. Vi finns på 20 orter i dagsläget och expanderar löpande.

Power Elitgruppen växer och vi förstärker vårt kontor i regionen med ytterligare en Rusta och Matcha handledare i Sollentuna, Stockholm !

  • Vi söker en person som vill arbeta både operativt och som Handledare .
  • Har du erfarenhet av att matcha människor till arbete eller utbildning, har ett driv, engagemang och vill ta steget vidare och utvecklas tillsammans med oss? Du har ett resultatorienterat och prestigelöst förhållningssätt

Vi ser det som meriterande om du har ett omfattande socialt företags nätverk i regionen.

Utbildning/Erfarenhet

Kvalifikationskrav för tjänsten:

Vi sätter stort värde på din sociala kompetens, samarbetsförmåga, flexibilitet, lyhördhet. Vi ser att du har en humoristisk grundsyn och förmåga att skapa energi bland kollegor, deltagare och kunder.

Minst 120 högskolepoäng (80 poäng enligt tidigare system) eller motsvarande poäng från Yrkeshögskola inom områdena; Arbetsliv, organisation och personalarbete, studie- och yrkesvägledning, företagsekonomi, arbetslivs psykologi, beteendevetenskap, arbetsterapeut- eller socionomutbildning. Samt minst två års arbetslivserfarenhet motsvarande heltid. Arbetslivserfarenheten skall erhållits under de senaste fem åren räknat från den dag anställningen tillträds.

Eller minst ett års heltidsstudier på eftergymnasial nivå med minst godkänt resultat och minst tre års arbetslivserfarenhet motsvarande heltid i följande yrke eller arbetsuppgifter;

* Arbetsledning med personalansvar

* Rekrytering

* Omställningsarbete för arbetssökande

* Studie- och yrkesvägledning

* Handläggning i personalfrågor

* Arbete med arbetslivs- och arbetsmarknadsfrågor

* Arbete med social- och gruppsykologi

* Karriärvägledning

Arbetslivserfarenheten skall erhållits under de senaste fem åren räknat från den dag anställningen tillträds.

  • Matcha individer mot arbete, knyta kontakter med företag och arbetssökande.
  • Verka genom en säljande approach, för att motivera både individer och samarbetsföretag till välfungerande synergi som genererar jobb.
  • Arbeta med rekryteringsverktyg samt LinkedIn för att smidigt marknadsföra våra deltagare gentemot arbetsgivare.
