IT Supporter til spændende projekt for DanOffice i Fredericia – opstart ASAP

Så søger vi lige nu en skarp IT Supporter til et længerevarende projekt hos DanOffice i Fredericia.

Der er tale om et vikariat med opstart omgående, hvor du bliver en del af et professionelt IT-miljø og et projekt, der allerede er godt sat i system. Du overtager opgaven fra en kollega, som sikrer en god overlevering og oplæring inden næste projekt.

Projektet forventes at vare minimum året ud – med mulighed for forlængelse.

Om opgaven

Opgaven omhandler opgradering af kundens IT-installation i alle deres decentrale lokationer, hvor arbejdet udføres remote fra Fredericia.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

  • Opsætning af PC'er til kiosk mode
  • Bruger Microsoft Configuration Manager og SCCM, til konfiguration og udrulning af kiosk profil.
  • Installere software på kiosk pc'er
  • Sætte statisk ip adresser
  • Arbejde selvstændigt. Selv koordinere med fabrikker og deres driftsvinduer, om opgaver der ligger. Planlægge sammen med projektleder opgaver.
  • Adhoc opgaver, fejlsøgning hvis en kiosk pc fejler.
  • Configuration af VNC til remote setup, herunder rettigheder.
  • Tickets i topdesk.
  • Koordinere med netværksfolkene, om ændring af vlan for kiosk pc'er

Du bliver tilknyttet IT-afdelingen hos kunden, hvor der altid er sparring og hjælp at hente.

I det daglige vil du dog få stor frihed under ansvar og mulighed for selv at planlægge og drive dine opgaver.

Vi forestiller os, at du

  • Har en uddannelse som IT-supporter eller tilsvarende
  • Har erfaring med de teknologier og systemer der indgår i opgaven
  • Trives med selvstændigt arbejde og koordinering
  • Er struktureret og tager ansvar for dine opgaver
  • Har mulighed for at indgå i projektet de næste 3 måneder
