Vi søger for en samarbejdspartner en engageret og struktureret CNC-værkfører til en moderne produktionsvirksomhed i Esbjerg-området. Virksomheden arbejder med avanceret fremstilling af maskiner, komponenter og specialløsninger i bl.a. rustfrit stål og aluminium, og leverer til kunder i både Danmark og resten af Europa.

Om stillingen

Som CNC-værkfører får du en central rolle i produktionen, hvor du både arbejder hands-on og har ansvar for den daglige drift. Du bliver bindeled mellem produktion, planlægning og ledelse, og får en vigtig rolle i at sikre kvalitet, effektivitet og trivsel i teamet.

Dine primære opgaver

  • Daglig ledelse og koordinering i produktionen
  • Planlægning og prioritering af opgaver
  • Sikring af kvalitet og overholdelse af deadlines
  • Optimering af processer og arbejdsgange
  • Sparring og udvikling af medarbejdere
  • Deltagelse i produktionen (opstilling/programmering af CNC-maskiner)

Din profil

  • Erfaring fra CNC-bearbejdning – gerne inden for metalindustrien
  • Erfaring med ledelse eller ønske om at tage næste skridt
  • Teknisk forståelse og overblik
  • Struktureret og løsningsorienteret tilgang
  • Evne til at motivere og skabe samarbejde
  • Kendskab til tegningslæsning og produktionstekniske processer
