MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with budgeting, estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid solicitations• Distribute and maintain project drawings, specifications, and contract documents• Support project scheduling, status reporting, and document control efforts• Research and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, ASIs, and other project documentation• Identify and help resolve drawing conflicts, interferences, and field issues• Track construction materials and equipment to support project progress• Attend and document project meetings and project correspondence• Assist with punch list completion, closeout activities, and subcontractor extra work verification• Perform additional assignments as directed by the Project Manager or Superintendent POSITION REQUIREMENTS:  • Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field• Relevant internship or related construction experience• Working knowledge of construction methods, equipment, materials, drawings, and specifications• Familiarity with construction management software and project documentation systems• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills SALARY DETAILS:  Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 Compensation for this role includes a base salary plus an annual discretionary bonus.
