Location Australia (Hybrid/Remote) Unpaid 12 weeks internship 1. Executive Overview Powerdata Group seeks to establish a comprehensive Agentic Artificial Intelligence Internship Program leveraging the Zoho One platform ecosystem. The objective of this initiative is to provide university students, graduates, and early-career professionals with practical industry experience while simultaneously creating business value through the development of intelligent, autonomous, and semi-autonomous AI-powered business agents. The internship program will be managed entirely within the Zoho ecosystem and will provide an end-to-end framework covering candidate recruitment, onboarding, project allocation, skills development, mentoring, progress tracking, knowledge management, performance monitoring, and project delivery. The program will focus on developing Agentic AI solutions capable of perceiving business information, reasoning over contextual data, making decisions, recommending actions, and executing tasks through workflow automation. Interns will gain hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, Zoho SalesIQ, Deluge scripting, Zia AI, and third-party integrations. 2. Business Goals The internship program shall: Build a sustainable pipeline of Zoho and AI-skilled talent. Support Powerdata Group's growth in AI consulting and automation services. Create reusable Agentic AI solutions for customers. Accelerate digital transformation initiatives. Provide practical work experience for students. Generate innovative proof-of-concepts and customer-ready solutions. Develop future consultants, developers, analysts, and AI specialists. The program should align with Powerdata Group's strategic focus areas, including: Artificial Intelligence Data Analytics Business Intelligence Cyber Security CRM Automation Customer Experience Digital Transformation Government Consulting Workforce Development Requirements 3. Program Architecture The internship management platform will be built using Zoho One. Core Components Zoho Creator Provides the primary internship management portal. Functions include: Candidate registration Internship applications Skills tracking Attendance records Project management Mentor reviews Learning management Milestone tracking Zoho CRM Maintains records for: Candidates Interns Mentors Universities Industry partners Client projects AI solution opportunities Zoho WorkDrive Stores: Learning materials Technical documentation Project artefacts Deliverables Source code repositories Presentations Zoho Flow Automates: Notifications Project assignments Approval workflows Candidate onboarding Integration between applications Zoho Analytics Provides dashboards for: Internship progression Project success metrics Mentor activity Student performance Attendance analysis Productivity reporting Zoho Desk Provides: Internal support desk Technical issue management Knowledge base services AI support agent implementation Zoho SalesIQ Provides: AI-powered internship assistant Knowledge chatbot Applicant support services Intern guidance agent Zia AI Provides: Conversational AI Predictive insights Data summarisation Recommendation generation Intelligent workflow assistance How would you use Zoho Zia AI to create an intelligent internship assistant that can answer intern questions, recommend learning resources, and escalate complex requests to mentors? Explain how Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and Zia AI can be combined to build an Agentic AI solution that automatically assigns interns to projects based on their skills, interests, and availability. How would you design a Zoho CRM and Zia AI-powered system that predicts internship success and identifies interns who may require additional mentoring or training support? Describe how Zoho Flow and Zia AI could be used to create an autonomous workflow that monitors internship milestones, sends reminders, generates progress summaries, and recommends next actions. How would you build an Agentic AI customer support solution using Zoho Desk, SalesIQ, and Zia AI that can understand user intent, retrieve knowledge-base content, and automate issue resolution?
