About the Position

As our Operations Travel & Logistics Specialist, you’ll provide top-tier, end-to-end travel support—booking flights, hotels, and rental cars—for our Operations team. Acting as a dedicated concierge, you’ll streamline the travel experience, ensure convenience, and centrally manage costs to deliver measurable savings.

Position Details / Responsibilities

  • Concierge-Level Travel Support
  • Manage all major travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, rental cars, etc.) for the Operations team with a client-first mindset.
  • Offer proactive, personalized assistance that anticipates needs—from seamless itineraries to on-the-fly adjustments.
  • Centralized Travel Coordination & Cost Management
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all operational travel needs across the enterprise.
  • Leverage travel data tools to track, analyze, and report cost-saving opportunities and compliance trends.
  • Implement strategies to maximize value through negotiated rates, preferred vendor relationships, and smart booking practices—similar to the cost-saving focus in corporate travel roles.
  • Policy Oversight & Compliance
  • Ensure travel bookings adhere to company travel guidelines and budgets
  • Partner with Procurement and Finance to negotiate and manage supplier agreements (airlines, hotels, car rental)
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of travel policies and proactively communicate updates to teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and HR to align travel services with broader business goals.
  • Act as a trusted travel advisor, responding swiftly to booking questions and change requests.
  • Provide regular reports on travel spend, savings realized, and usage trends to leadership—matching the data analysis emphasis seen in similar roles.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, systems, or technologies to enhance efficiency, visibility, and user experience across travel services.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in corporate travel coordination, preferably with a concierge or operations focus.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills—ability to interpret travel spend, identify savings, and communicate insights to leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented communication skills; resourceful and flexible under pressure.
  • Experience using travel tools or platforms (e.g., Concur, Egencia, etc.).
  • Prior experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating travel-related supplier contracts.
  • Bonus: Certification in corporate travel management (e.g., GBTA), or experience supervising or mentoring a travel team.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
