1 IT Operations Specialist (m/w/d) - Wolkersdorf bei Wien Ihre Aufgaben in der EDV / IKT bei der Powerlines Group: * Change Management: Erstellen, fachliche Beurteilung, Dokumentation und Begleitung von IT-Changes * Zentrale Schnittstelle zu externen IT-Dienstleistern: * Steuerung und Überwachung von Störungsmeldungen * Koordination von Second- und Third-Level-Support ** Sicherstellung der fristgerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Bearbeitung * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Azure-Services, insbesondere: * Virtuelle Desktops (AVD) * Azure Blob Storage ** Grundlegende Azure-Plattform-Services * Koordination, fachliche Vorgabe und Kontrolle im Netzwerkbereich (z. B. VPN, Routing, VLAN, Firewall-Konzepte); operative Umsetzung erfolgt über externe Dienstleister * Microsoft 365 & SharePoint: * Administration und Weiterentwicklung des M365-Umfelds * Betreuung von SharePoint-Strukturen und Berechtigungskonzepten * Cyber Security & Informationssicherheit: * Prüfung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Informationssicherheitsvorgaben * Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung, Anpassung und Umsetzung von IT- und IS-Richtlinien * Projektmitarbeit: * Mitarbeit in sämtlichen IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten * Interner zentraler Ansprechpartner für das internationale IT-Team (AT / DE / UK) ** Übernahme klar definierter TeilverantwortungenWas Sie neben der "digitalen Leidenschaft" noch mitbringen sollten: * Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung * Erfahrung im Change-, Incident- und Problem-Management * Routine in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern (Steuerung, Eskalation, Qualitätssicherung) * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Entra ID und Azure * Erfahrung mit Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Blob Storage und hybriden Cloud-Umgebungen * Generelle Erfahrung als z.B. IT Operations Engineer, IT System Administrator oder IT Support oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion ist wünschenswert * Fundiertes Netzwerk-Know-how (VPN, Routing, VLAN, grundlegende Firewall- und Sicherheitskonzepte) mit Fokus auf Koordination, Vorgaben und Kontrolle * Gute Kenntnisse im Windows-Server-Betrieb (on-prem / hybrid), weitere Server-Technologien wünschenswert * Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft 365- und SharePoint-Umfeld * Scripting-Kenntnisse (insb.
