Ein führendes Nutzfahrzeugunternehmen sucht eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit für den Kundenempfang und die Koordination von Serviceanfragen. 1 Customer Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Bereich Nutzfahrzeugtechnik

Ihre Aufgaben

* Erste Ansprechperson für Kunden und professionelle Betreuung bei Anfragen

* Aufnahme und Koordination von Kundenanliegen sowie Weiterleitung an die zuständigen Ansprechpartner

* Entgegennahme und Vermittlung eingehender Telefonate

* Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen und Zeiterfassungen

* Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Werkstattmeister

* Abrechnung abgeschlossener interner, externer und Garantieaufträge

* Pflege, Prüfung und Aktualisierung der Kunden- und Fahrzeugstammdaten

Ihr Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse und einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Nutzfahrzeugbranche

* Berufserfahrung im Servicebereich, idealerweise als Serviceassistent oder Serviceberater

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte IT-Affinität

* Hohes Maß an Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
