Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Entwicklung und Herstellung hochwertiger pharmazeutischer Produkte sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung moderner Produktions- und Infrastrukturlösungen.Für ein international tätiges Unternehmen im Bereich innovativer Technologien und technischer Infrastruktur suchen wir eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit z... 1 Prozessingenieur (all genders) Mitarbeiter:in Building Systems (m/w/d) ¿ befristet auf 6 Monate 3500 Krems an der Donau Ihre Aufgaben * Koordination und Betreuung von Fremdfirmen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bau- und Installationsablaufs vor Ort * Ansprechpartner:in für interne Fachabteilungen, Projektmanagement, Lieferanten und externe Dienstleister * Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen Informationsflusses zwischen Baustelle, Fachbereichen und Projektleitung * Überwachung von Netzwerkinstallationen, insbesondere der Verlegung von Datenkabeln, Glasfaserkabeln, Antennen und Netzwerkkomponenten gemäß den vorgegebenen Standards und Plänen * Kontrolle des Bau- und Installationsfortschritts sowie regelmäßige Baustellenbegehungen * Frühzeitiges Erkennen und Melden von Abweichungen, Qualitätsmängeln und Terminrisiken * Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts, offener Punkte und festgestellter Mängel * Unterstützung des Projektmanagements bei Terminplanung, Statusberichten und der Eskalation kritischer ThemenIhr Profil * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, IT, Gebäudetechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung * Erfahrung in der Baustellenkoordination bzw. im Bereich technischer Installationsarbeiten * Elektrotechnisches Grundverständnis, insbesondere Kenntnisse in der Kabelverlegung und Kabelinstallation * Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse sowie technisches Verständnis für IT-Infrastruktur und Netzwerktechnik * Sichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Tschechischkenntnisse von Vorteil * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Technikern, Elektrikern, IT-Fachkräften und externen Dienstleistern * Fähigkeit, technische Arbeitsabläufe zu überwachen, den Projektfortschritt zu beurteilen und relevante Informationen strukturiert weiterzugeben * Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte ArbeitsweiseWir bieten * Eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem international erfolgreichen Pharmaunternehmen * Ein modernes und professionelles Arbeitsumfeld * Flexible Arbeitszeiten im Rahmen eines Gleitzeitmodells * Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Standort * Unterstützung bei der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel * Ein kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld mit internationaler Zusammenarbeit Der für diese Position vorgesehene Brutto-Mindestverdienst beträgt EUR 3463,06 pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
