Die Abteilung PPG Technics ist dafür verantwortlich, den Schwimmbadbauern technischen Support auf höchstem Niveau zu bieten und diesen aufrechtzuerhalten.

Als Technical Advisor bist du der Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, die professionellen Schwimmbadbauer, bei technischen Fragen zu Schwimmbadanlagen oder -komponenten. Dies gilt sowohl für Neuinstallationen als auch für Wartungsarbeiten oder Störungen.

Wir sind vor allem in Belgien tätig, aber auch Deutschland ist für PPG ein wichtiger Wachstumsmarkt, und am liebsten unterstützen wir unsere Kunden in ihrer Muttersprache.

  • Du gibst per E-Mail, WhatsApp oder Telefon technische Beratung zu verschiedenen Schwimmbadkomponenten (Wärmepumpen, Schwimmbadabdeckungen, Beleuchtung usw.). Dabei kann es um die Auswahl der richtigen Produkte, Probleme bei der Installation oder die Behebung von Fehlern oder Störungen gehen. Du versuchst, jedem Kunden mit deinem know-how weiterzuhelfen.
  • Arbeitest du gerne hands-on? Dann kannst du gelegentlich auch in the field an bestehenden Anlagen tätig werden oder bei Reparaturen in unserer Werkstatt mithelfen.
  • Du stehst mit unseren Lieferanten oder der Produktgruppe in Kontakt, wenn du technische Unterstützung benötigst, um Lösungen/Antworten für Kunden zu untermauern.
  • Die technischen Informationen findest du in unseren verschiedenen Katalogen, Handbüchern und Ersatzteillisten. Du spielst eine aktive Rolle bei der Optimierung, Weitergabe und Pflege von technischen Informationen.
  • Du hilfst gelegentlich bei der Verwaltung und der Bearbeitung von Rücksendungen mit
  • Wenn du dafür offen bist, kannst du auch eine Rolle bei der technischen Schulung von Kollegen und Kunden von PPG Belgium übernehmen.
  • Schließlich identifizierst du Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und ergreifst die Initiative, um bestehende Arbeitsprozesse zu optimieren.
  • Du bist dem Leiter von PPG Technics unterstehend.
  • Du kannst dich fließend auf Niederländisch und Deutsch ausdrücken
  • Du hast technische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Mechanik, Elektromechanik, Elektrotechnik … und verfügst über die Fähigkeit, Probleme zu lösen. Erfahrung in der Schwimmbadbranche
  • Erfahrung in der Schwimmbadbranche ist ein Pluspunkt, aber nicht erforderlich.
  • Falls nötig, bist du auch bereit, selbst mit anzupacken und den Schwimmbadbauer hands-on zu unterstützen.
  • Kundenzufriedenheit ist dir sehr wichtig und du bist ein Teamplayer.
  • Flexibles, präzises und organisiertes Arbeiten liegt dir im Blut. Du kannst kaufmännische und administrative Aufgaben miteinander verbinden und arbeitest effizient
  • Auch in hektischen Momenten behältst du den Überblick.
