Presente em Portugal desde 2008, a PPM Coachers é uma empresa de consultoria que promove a adoção transversal de novas práticas de organização e trabalho que permitem a operacionalização da estratégia corporativa dos clientes. Os nossos serviços cobrem desde a visão tradicional sobre as melhores práticas da gestão da procura e de projetos/programas/portfolios, até às mais inovadoras e adequadas aos processos de Transformação Digital.

O desafio:

No âmbito da expansão dos serviços da nossa empresa, procuramos colaboradores com formação e/ou experiência em metodologias ágeis para reforçar os quadros da nossa organização e assumirem as funções de Business Analyst.

O local de trabalho será em Lisboa, existindo a possibilidade de períodos de trabalho remoto.

O que procuramos:

  • Licenciatura ou grau académico superior nas áreas de Gestão, TI, Matemáticas Aplicadas ou Engenharia;
  • Experiência profissional relevante como Product Owner, definição de produtos, identificação, documentação, priorização, teste e validação de funcionalidades;
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, liderança, resolução de conflitos, negociação, análise e priorização;
  • Experiência no uso de ferramentas Ágeis;
  • Formação em Metodologias Ágeis;
  • Certificações Scrum Alliance ou Scrum.org (preferencial);
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade;
  • Capacidade de iniciativa e de trabalho em equipa;
  • Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Motivação para envolvimento num projeto empresarial desafiante;
  • Experiência em gestão de equipas multifuncionais;
