Deine Aufgaben:

  • Umsatz bei bestehenden und neuen Kunden deutlich steigern, Jahrespläne und Strategien entwickeln, Jahresgespräche führen, neue Kunden akquirieren.
  • Listungslücken schließen und Maßnahmen zur Rotationserhöhung umsetzen.
  • Analyse & Optimierung: Umsatz- und Rotationsdaten auswerten, Wettbewerbsaktivitäten beobachten, Profitabilität maximieren.
  • Best Practices teilen, enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain und weiteren Abteilungen.
  • Projektarbeit, Umsetzung von Preis- und Aktionsstrategien, Pflege der Kundendatenbank

Dein Profil

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreicher Studienabschluss
  • 3-4+ Jahre Key Account Erfahrung im deutschen LEH
  • Erfahrung mit regionalen und nationalen Key Accounts
  • Mehrjährige FMCG-Erfahrung bei internationalem Unternehmen, idealerweise auch Start-up-Erfahrung
  • Category Management Erfahrung, insbesondere Arbeit mit Abverkaufs- und Umsatzdaten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
