Du möchtest nach deinem Studium im Bereich Human Resources, People Operations oder Recruiting arbeiten und suchst eine Werkstudententätigkeit, die dir deutlich mehr Einblicke bietet als klassische administrative HR-Aufgaben?

Bei PPURA erhältst du die Möglichkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und aktiv zu unserer Mission beizutragen: Den Wandel hin zu einer ehrlichen Lebensmittelindustrie voranzutreiben. Dabei gestaltest du die gesamte Employee Journey mit – vom Recruiting über Onboarding bis hin zu Employee Experience, Office Management und Unternehmenskultur. Du arbeitest eng mit unserer HR Director zusammen und erhältst Einblicke in vielfältige strategische und operative Themen eines familiengeführten Unternehmens mit klaren Werten, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und einem hohen Anspruch an Zusammenarbeit, Mitarbeitererlebnis und gesellschaftliches Engagement.

Neben der Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte leistest du auch einen Beitrag zu unseren sozialen Initiativen und hilfst dabei, eine Arbeitsumgebung zu schaffen, in der Menschen erfolgreich zusammenarbeiten, sich weiterentwickeln und gerne Teil unserer Mission sind.

Deine Aufgaben:

1. People Operations

  • Unterstützung im Recruiting und Bewerbungsmanagement
  • Organisation von Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen
  • Pflege von Personaldaten sowie Erstellung und Verwaltung von HR-Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung bei Employer Branding Maßnahmen und interner Kommunikation

2. Office Management

  • Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende, Dienstleister und externe Partner
  • Verwaltung von Büroausstattung, Bestellungen und Onboarding-Materialien
  • Unterstützung bei Workplace- und Facility-Themen zur Schaffung eines professionellen Arbeitsumfelds

3. Events & Soziales Engagement

  • Planung und Koordination von Mitarbeiterevents, Workshops und Teamaktivitäten
  • Organisation und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social Days
  • Koordination unserer sozialen Engagement-Initiativen und Spendenaktionen

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit:

  • Fortgeschrittenes Studium, idealerweise im letzten Bachelor- oder Masterjahr
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich HR, Recruiting, Officemanagement oder vergleichbare Tätigkeiten
  • Klare Ambition, nach dem Studium im HR- oder People Operations-Bereich tätig zu sein
  • Organisationstalent sowie strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, sowohl strategische als auch organisatorische Aufgaben zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und digitaler. KI-unterstützer Arbeitsweise
