Die ausgeschriebene Stelle ist in unserem Fachbereich Betreutes Wohnen ab 1. Dezember 2026 befristet auf 12 Monate im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung zu besetzen. Der Übergang in eine unbefristete Stelle wird nicht grundsätzlich ausgeschlossen.

In diesem Arbeitsfeld erhalten Menschen sozialpädagogische Unterstützung in Wohngruppen und im eigenen Wohnraum nach §§ 67 ff. SGB XII, wenn besondere Lebensverhältnisse, zum Beispiel Entlassung aus Haft, mit sozialen Schwierigkeiten in Fragen der Lebensbewältigung verbunden sind.

Unser Zuständigkeitsbereich erstreckt sich über die Landkreise Stuttgart, Esslingen und Rems-Murr mit aktuell sechs Wohngruppen sowie Betreuung im eigenen Wohnraum. Insgesamt halten wir rund 90 Betreuungsplätze vor. Wir suchen im Betreuten Wohnen für unser Team im Landkreis Rems-Murr insbesondere für die Betreuung im eigenen Wohnraum Verstärkung. Das Büro befindet sich in Waiblingen-Hohenacker. Von dort aus suchen wir Menschen mit Hilfebedarf im gesamten Kreisgebiet auf.

Folgendes trifft auf Sie zu?

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit oder einen vergleichbaren Studienabschluss
  • Sie verfügen über gute EDV-Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Sie beschreiben sich selbst als flexibel, belastbar und teamorientiert
  • Sie handeln eigenverantwortlich, zielorientiert und strukturiert
  • Sie haben ein vorurteilsfreies, positivbesetztes Menschenbild und einen sicheren Umgang mit Nähe und Distanz
  • Sie besitzen einen PKW-Führerschein (Klasse B)

– Optional bzw. von besonderem Vorteil –

  • Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in den Sozialgesetzbüchern, insbesondere den SGBs II, III und XII
  • Sie haben Erfahrungen im Bereich der Wohnungsnotfallhilfe und/oder Straffälligenhilfe
  • Sie verfügen über interkulturelle Kompetenzen und Mehrsprachigkeit
