Job Description:

Note: we are looking for candidates with hands-on exp in DevOps AWS, Cloud Formation, Terraform, API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito, authorization token base, Service Catalog, and Harness.

Skill: DevOps Engineer

Exp level: 6 to 10 Years

Location: Remote

As a DevOps Engineer, your primary responsibility will be facilitating the collaboration between development and operations teams, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery and infrastructure management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate processes, implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and maintain and monitor the infrastructure. Your role involves utilizing various tools and technologies to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes and improve overall system performance and scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to streamline software delivery and infrastructure management processes.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated build, test, and deployment of applications.
  • Configure and manage infrastructure resources, including cloud-based environments and on-premises systems.
  • Automate system provisioning, configuration, and orchestration using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and availability using tools like Nagios, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and scalability through code optimization and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Implement and maintain version control systems and repositories (e.g., Git) to manage configuration and deployment artifacts.
  • Identify and resolve infrastructure issues, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development, deployment, and operations processes.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Ruby.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Nagios, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
