ODATA Services, CDS, S/4HANA (AMDP, CDS, Modeling & Scripting) 2+ years

Global Template Development & Rollouts 2+ years

ABAP Object-Oriented Programming 2+ years

SAP ILM Archiving & Data Retention 2+ years

Document & Print List Archiving 2+ years

Business Process Knowledge (Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) 2+ years

SAP Data Archiving (At least 3 end-to-end implementations) Required

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Business Suite on HANA or S/4HANA Archiving
  • Awareness of ILM functionality supporting GDPR compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP Archiving & ILM Implementation: Review existing archiving strategies and define scope within the SAP landscape. Configure ILM Archiving Objects for data retention, retrieval, and deletion. Implement document and print list archiving, legacy decommissioning, and tax reports using Data Retention Tool (DaRT).
  • Technical Development & Optimization: Develop and enhance ODATA services, CDS, AMDP, and S/4HANA modeling. Execute database analysis and create archiving roadmaps. Schedule and manage catch-up and ongoing archiving runs, optimizing performance.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct workshops and present findings to key stakeholders. Work closely with functional and infrastructure teams to refine data-related requirements. Support cross-functional teams with testing, validation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Project Execution & Quality Assurance: Lead archiving and ILM workshops. Prepare project documentation and understand key business process flows. Troubleshoot and resolve issues while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
