Buscamos alguém com visão sistêmica para mapear, redesenhar e otimizar processos ponta a ponta, garantindo padronização, escalabilidade e governança. Você atuará em parceria com áreas-chave, apoiando a transformação e a digitalização de processos.

  • Atuar como referência técnica dos processos produtivos;
  • Definir, revisar e padronizar parâmetros de processo;
  • Conduzir start-ups e validações de processo;
  • Analisar desvios relacionados à qualidade, produtividade e refugo;
  • Propor e implementar melhorias contínuas nos processos;
  • Apoiar tecnicamente as equipes de produção;
  • Realizar análises de causa e planos de ação corretivos;
  • Garantir conformidade com normas internas, qualidade e segurança do trabalho;
  • Atuar junto às áreas operacionais na busca por eficiência produtiva;

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Formação Tecnico em Plásticos ou área correlata.
  • Experiência sólida como Analista de Processos ou similar.
  • Vivência em projetos de melhoria contínua, revisão e padronização de processos.
  • Capacidade analítica avançada e forte orientação a dados e resultados.

Diferenciais:

  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Certificações em TPM, Lean, Six Sigma ou similares.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de qualidade: PDCA, DMAIC , 8D ,Ishikawa ,5 Porquês;
  • Vivência em ambientes com governança corporativa estruturada.
