Obecnie szukamy osoby, która dołączy do naszego zespołu jako Junior Sales Specialist i będzie wspierać nas przede wszystkim w prospectingu, researchu rynku oraz pozyskiwaniu i kwalifikowaniu potencjalnych klientów.

  • Masz min. 6–12 miesięcy doświadczenia w Call Center, prospectingu lub podobnej roli, w której prowadziłeś/aś kontakt telefoniczny z potencjalnymi klientami.
  • Posługujesz się językiem angielskim oraz językiem polskim na poziomie min. C1 w mowie i piśmie.
  • Jesteś osobą zdeterminowaną i dobrze zorganizowaną – nie boisz się chwycić za telefon, konsekwentnie dążysz do celu, dbasz o jakość danych i szukasz kreatywnych rozwiązań.
  • Potrafisz wyciągać wnioski z efektów swojej pracy, szybko się uczysz i szukasz sposobów na usprawnianie prowadzonych działań.

Mile widziane:

  • Ogólna wiedza na temat branży IT oraz rozumienie procesów wytwarzania oprogramowania i funkcjonowania firm technologicznych.
  • Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi AI wspierających research i codzienną pracę.
