Pragmatike recrute pour le compte d’une entreprise technologique en forte croissance, orientée produit, qui développe des plateformes traitant d’importants volumes de données et utilisées à grande échelle sur plusieurs marchés. Son produit repose sur l’automatisation, l’extraction de données et des workflows intelligents, avec un fort accent mis sur la fiabilité du backend et la rapidité d’exécution.

Nous recherchons un(e) Full-Stack Engineer à dominante backend, capable de prendre en charge des fonctionnalités de bout en bout. Le poste est réparti à environ 70 % sur le backend et 30 % sur le frontend. Il convient particulièrement aux ingénieurs qui aiment travailler en profondeur sur le backend tout en restant proches du produit et de sa mise en production.

VOS MISSIONS

- Concevoir, développer et maintenir des services backend en Python et Node.js

- Prendre en charge les API, la logique métier et les flux de données s’appuyant sur PostgreSQL et MongoDB

- Contribuer aux fonctionnalités frontend (environ 30 %) afin de proposer des expériences produit complètes

- Développer et maintenir des pipelines de web scraping et d’ingestion de données, dans le respect des cadres légaux et éthiques applicables

- Travailler efficacement avec des outils de développement assistés par l’IA (Cursor, Copilot, etc.)

- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes produit et engineering pour transformer les besoins en solutions évolutives

- Améliorer les performances, la fiabilité et la maintenabilité des systèmes existants

- Participer aux décisions techniques et aux discussions liées à l’architecture

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

- 4 ans d’expérience ou plus en Full-Stack Engineering ou Backend Engineering

- Solide expérience backend avec Python et/ou Node.js

- Bonne maîtrise de PostgreSQL et MongoDB

- À l’aise pour intervenir ponctuellement sur des bases de code frontend

- Expérience ou intérêt pour le scraping et les systèmes traitant d’importants volumes de données

- Bonne connaissance des méthodes modernes de développement assisté par l’IA

- Forte capacité à prendre des responsabilités et à travailler de manière autonome

- Être basé(e) en Amérique latine
