Estamos em busca de uma Supervisora de um (a) COMPRADOR (A) para integrar nossa equipe.

Responsabilidades:

  • Receber, analisar e acompanhar solicitações de compras dos diferentes setores do Resort.
  • Realizar cotações com fornecedores, buscando melhores preços, condições de pagamento, qualidade e prazo de entrega.
  • Negociar preços, prazos, condições comerciais e demais condições de fornecimento.
  • Emitir e acompanhar pedidos de compra.
  • Realizar follow-up dos pedidos, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos acordados.
  • Pesquisar, desenvolver e avaliar fornecedores.
  • Manter relacionamento profissional e estratégico com fornecedores.
  • Comparar propostas comerciais e elaborar análises de custo-benefício.
  • Acompanhar níveis de estoque e necessidades de reposição, em conjunto com os setores responsáveis.
  • Buscar alternativas de produtos e fornecedores quando necessário.
  • Garantir que as compras estejam de acordo com as especificações e padrões estabelecidos pelo Resort.
  • Conferir documentos relacionados às compras, como pedidos, notas fiscais e demais registros.
  • Apoiar o controle e a organização dos processos e documentos do setor.
  • Identificar oportunidades de redução de custos sem comprometer a qualidade dos produtos e serviços.
  • Acompanhar indicadores e resultados da área de Compras.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com Almoxarifado, Estoque, A&B, Manutenção, Governança, Administrativo, Financeiro e demais áreas.
  • Cumprir as políticas, procedimentos e normas internas do Resort.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência prévia na área de compras.
  • Conhecimento em negociação e análise de mercado.
  • Habilidade para trabalhar com prazos e metas.
  • Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de gestão e sistemas de compras.
