Om verksamheten Centrumpraktiken är centrala Kungälvs största vårdcentral med cirka 14 500 listade patienter och med ett mycket gott rykte i området. Vi vill vara en tillgänglig och trygg vårdcentral för våra patienter och en attraktiv arbetsplats för våra ca 65 medarbetare. Vi har goda samarbeten med kommunen och sjukhuset och är stolta över att ha en egen välfungerande och expanderande rehabenhet . Vi arbetar alltid för våra patienters bästa vilket genomsyrar hela verksamheten. Om tjänsten Som receptionist är du ofta den första personen våra patienter möter vid besök på vårdcentralen. Du har en viktig roll i att skapa ett välkomnande och professionellt första intryck samtidigt som du bidrar till att verksamheten fungerar smidigt i det dagliga arbetet. Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat att:

Ta emot och registrera patienter i receptionen.

Boka, omboka och avboka tider.

Hantera övriga administrativa uppgifter kopplade till patientbesök, journalsystem och mottagningen.

Ansvara för kassaavstämningar och dagsavslut.

Hantera inkommande post och övrig administration.

Göra felanmälningar vid behov i lokal- och fastighetsärenden.

Stödja kollegor och bidra till ett gott samarbete i verksamheten.

Vid behov hjälpa till med andra förekommande arbetsuppgifter på vårdcentralen.

Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av service, administration och/eller receptionsarbete. Har du tidigare arbetat inom vården är det meriterande.

Du har god datorvana, lär dig snabbt nya system och kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift.

Goda kunskaper i engelska

Som person Som person är du serviceinriktad, flexibel och strukturerad. Du trivs i en roll med många kontaktytor och förstår vikten av att ge våra patienter ett positivt och professionellt bemötande. Du har god förmåga att prioritera mellan olika arbetsuppgifter, arbetar lika bra självständigt som i team. Du har förmåga att behålla lugnet och ge god service även under perioder med högt arbetstempo. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet och söker dig som är hjälpsam, prestigelös och lösningsorienterad. Du stöttar gärna dina kollegor där det behövs och bidrar genom ditt positiva förhållningssätt till en god arbetsmiljö och en välfungerande verksamhet. Övrig information Anställningsform: Vikariat 6 månader. (Januari-juli 2027) Omfattning: 75% Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse. Intervjuer sker löpande och kan komma att tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdag. Vi ser fram emot din ansökan!
