Your role involves maintaining production standards and coordinating closely with management to ensure smooth shifts and resolve any departmental challenges. Conducting weekly production and safety meetings, you ensure that safety and quality are never compromised. By implementing our strategic programs, you will contribute to an environment of safety and integrity, helping us keep our promises to customers and the community.
