  • Coordinate the performance of all shifts to ensure production schedules and department goals are met safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate plant standards, production expectations, and priorities clearly to the Converting team.
  • Work closely with Scheduling, Maintenance, and other departments to coordinate production needs and address issues that affect department performance.
  • Monitor production performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate significant mechanical, scheduling, personnel, or operational concerns to plant leadership.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing, training, and cross-training within the department.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support employee development and skill growth.
  • Work closely with Maintenance to coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance and minimize production downtime.

You’ll spend significant time on the production floor working directly with Supervisors and employees, monitoring operations, addressing issues, and supporting production goals, with time in the office for planning, communication, documentation, and administrative responsibilities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
