Du kennst Dich mit Medikamenten aus und bist gerne für Patientinnen und Patienten da? Bei uns bekommen sie ihre Medikamente direkt nach der Sprechstunde – ohne Umweg in die Apotheke. Dafür braucht es Dich: Du gibst Medikamente ab, berätst unsere Ärztinnen und Ärzte bei der Medikamentenwahl und sorgst dafür, dass Lager und Dokumentation stimmen.

Wir sind ein grosses Ärztehaus mit Notfall Walk\-in in Rüti (ZH) und weiteren Standorten in Bäch (SZ) und Winterthur. Nebst der hausärztlichen Versorgung betreuen wir Pflegeheime, setzen spannende medizinische Projekte um und bieten ein breites Spektrum an Fachbereichen, eine hauseigene Physiotherapie mit MTT sowie ein Adipositaszentrum. Unser Team besteht standortübergreifend aus 140 Fachpersonen.

Für die Praxisapotheke in unserem Ärztehaus in Rüti suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Fachperson Apotheke / Pharma\-Assistent:in 60 – 100 %, inkl. Wochenenddiensten.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du gibst Medikamente direkt in unserer Praxisapotheke ab
  • Du unterstützt unsere ärzte und Fachspezialisten bei der Medikamentenwahl
  • Du prüfst und kontrollierst Rezepte
  • administrative Arbeiten, u. a. Verfalldatenkontrolle, Betäubungsmittelbuchhaltung und Pflege der Stammdaten
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Medikamentenlager
  • Rüsten und Bereitstellen von Medikamenten, falls erforderlich
  • Mitarbeit an Wochenenden (Wochenenddienste)

DEIN PROFIL

  • abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Fachfrau / Fachmann Apotheke EFZ oder Pharma\-Assistent:in EFZ
  • Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Arztpraxis\- oder Spitalpharmazie
  • gute Medikamentenfachkenntnisse
  • selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Flair für IT\-Systeme
  • verantwortungsbewusst, belastbar und engagiert
  • patientenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
