Nous recherchons deux Chargés d’affaires - Chefs de projets clients (H/F) en CDI au siège de l'entreprise à Veyras (07).

VOTRE MISSION :

Vous serez chargé(e) de piloter la réalisation des commandes de projets clients depuis l’usine, en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe projet transversale ( bureaux d’études, administration des ventes, supply chain…). Vous serez amené(e) à répondre aux demandes de chiffrage émises par le réseau commercial à partir de cahiers des charges clients.

VOTRE QUOTIDIEN :

  • Planifier, organiser et suivre les activités de l’équipe projet, en assurant une communication régulière sur l’avancement ;
  • Etablir et suivre le planning, anticiper les écarts et alerter en cas de dérive ;
  • Garantir le respect des engagements en matière de coût, délai et qualité ;
  • Définir les livrables ainsi que les estimations de coûts, délais et qualité en amont du projet ;
  • Élaborer l’offre technique et le chiffrage commercial en réponse aux demandes du réseau ;
  • Rédiger les analyses fonctionnelles à destination des services concernés ;
  • Contribuer au support SAV en apportant les solutions adaptées et en mobilisant les ressources nécessaires.

VOTRE PROFIL :

  • Licence / Master / Diplôme d’Ingénieur en mécanique
  • Expérience de 5 ans minimum en gestion de projets, idéalement dans un environnement industriel
  • La maîtrise de l’ERP SAP serait un plus
  • Niveau d’anglais B2 minimum, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
