  • Maintaining a minimum estimating closing ratio of 75%.
  • Reviewing and explaining estimates with the customer, providing the customer with a copy of the estimate, and referring them to the Customer Service Representative for scheduling the repair. The Customer Service Representative will give them a target delivery date. If the Customer Service Representative is not here, then the estimator will schedule the repair.

  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
  • Observing all safety procedures.
  • Prior to delivery of the vehicle, review and finalize all billing documentation, including supplements, invoices, and any special correspondence, to be sure that everything is in order before notifying the customer. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
