Sobre a atuação

Atuar na gestão jurídica de precatórios já adquiridos pela empresa, acompanhando os processos na fase de execução e a tramitação dos requisitórios até o pagamento e recebimento dos créditos.

Principais atividades

  • Analisar e acompanhar os processos, identificando pendências e providências necessárias para o recebimento dos créditos.
  • Acompanhar a regularização da cessão de crédito e a titularidade dos precatórios.
  • Gerenciar a carteira de processos, controlar prazos e acompanhar movimentações processuais.
  • Elaborar petições, manifestações, peças processuais e recursos nas instâncias cabíveis.
  • Realizar diligências junto às Varas, aos Tribunais e aos órgãos competentes, incluindo despachos com magistrados.
  • Realizar sustentações orais perante Turmas Recursais.
  • Analisar e interpretar cálculos, atualizações dos créditos e questões tributárias relacionadas ao pagamento.

Requisitos

  • OAB ativa.
  • Sólida experiência jurídica.
  • Amplo conhecimento em Direito Processual Civil, especialmente em cumprimento de sentença e execução.
  • Conhecimento em Direito Previdenciário e/ou Direito Tributário.
  • Experiência com os sistemas e-SAJ, PJe, eproc e outras plataformas processuais.
  • Capacidade de analisar e interpretar cálculos relacionados aos créditos acompanhados.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em regime de exclusividade.

Desejável: experiência no acompanhamento de precatórios e cessão de créditos.

  • Modalidade de trabalho: presencial para residentes em Uberlândia/MG e remota para residentes em outros municípios.
  • Contratação: CLT.
  • Horário: comercial - 09h às 18h.
