The posting

• Je voert de eindcontrole uit van de bekisting van de vloerplaten vóór het betonneren. Op vraag van de klant worden tijdens of na het betonneren elementen toegevoegd.

• Je bedient de automatische betonverdeler en zorgt ervoor dat het eindresultaat aan de kwaliteitsnormen voldoet voordat de platen de droogkamer ingaan.

• Je voert basisonderhoud uit aan de machines in de productie en/of organiseert dit binnen de ploeg. Na verloop van tijd leer je kleine storingen te verhelpen en de machines van de productie-eenheid af te stellen.

• Je meldt onregelmatigheden onmiddellijk aan je leidinggevende of de kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke.

• Je houdt de productiehal en de machines te allen tijde veilig en proper.

• Je volgt het werk van je ploeg op en stuurt bij waar nodig.

• Je bent het aanspreekpunt van de productieverantwoordelijke voor de verschillende projecten; je vertaalt dit naar de werkposten en geeft duidelijke, correcte instructies.

• Je ziet erop toe dat de veiligheidsregels worden nageleefd.

Vereist

• Je spreekt vlot Engels: dat is de voertaal binnen de ploeg.

• Je hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en werkt nauwkeurig.

• Je durft collega’s aan te spreken en bij te sturen wanneer iets misloopt, op een rustige en duidelijke manier.

• Je meldt problemen eerlijk en tijdig, ook als de productie daardoor even stilvalt.

• Je bent bereid en fysiek in staat om tot 9 à 10 uur per dag te werken.

Pluspunten

• Je spreekt Engels, Pools en bij voorkeur ook Nederlands.

• Je hebt ervaring in de betonsector of in de productie van prefab betonelementen.

• Je hebt eerder een ploeg geleid of een coördinerende functie gehad.

Geen ervaring met beton? Geen probleem: wij leren je het vak. Wat telt, is dat je de kwaliteit bewaakt en mensen kunt aansturen.
