Over Predalco

Predalco bouwt in de buurt van Tessenderlo-Ham een nieuwe productielijn voor het vervaardigen van predallen. Hiervoor zoeken we een storingstechnieker. Je komt terecht in een groeiend bedrijf waar je de installaties van in het begin leert kennen en mee vormgeeft hoe het onderhoud georganiseerd wordt.

Jouw job

Als technieker sta je in voor het preventief en correctief onderhoud van de productie-installaties in de predallenfabriek.

• Je voert preventief onderhoud uit volgens planning en houdt de onderhoudsfiches bij.

• Je spoort storingen op (elektrisch, mechanisch, hydraulisch, pneumatisch) en lost ze snel en veilig op.

• Je werkt aan installaties zoals de betoncentrale, rolbruggen, volledige carousel voor productie van betonproducten, wapeningsmachines, compressoren … ook het rollend materieel zit onder je takenpakket ( onderhoud, banden … )

• Je helpt bij de installatie en opstart van nieuwe machines en denkt mee over verbeteringen.

• Je beheert het wisselstukkenmagazijn en contacteert leveranciers en externe servicetechniekers indien nodig.

• Je werkt veilig en volgens de VGM-afspraken op de site, en zorgt dat machines na een interventie veilig worden vrijgegeven.

• Je hebt een technisch diploma (secundair of bachelor) in elektromechanica, elektriciteit of mechanica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

• Je hebt ervaring met onderhoud in een productieomgeving; ervaring in de betonindustrie is een plus.

• Je kan elektrische schema's lezen en hebt basiskennis van PLC-sturingen, hydraulica en pneumatica.

• Je kan lassen en mechanische herstellingen uitvoeren.

• Je werkt zelfstandig, bent oplossingsgericht en houdt het hoofd koel bij een stilstand.

• Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels

• Een rijbewijs B; een attest voor rolbrug of heftruck is een plus.
