A Transportes Cordenonsi é referência em transporte rodoviário e está crescendo. Para sustentar essa expansão, buscamos alguém para apoiar o planejamento de jornadas e tripulações, garantindo segurança, conformidade e eficiência nas operações.

  • Apoiar o controle de jornada de motoristas e tripulantes.
  • Lançar e conferir informações em sistemas internos e planilhas.
  • Acompanhar escalas, folgas e trocas de tripulação.
  • Manter atualizados os registros de jornada dos motoristas no sistema ATS, assegurando a confiabilidade das informações.
  • Realizar a coleta e o controle das assinaturas das fichas de ponto dos motoristas.
  • Monitorar e tratar, em tempo real, os alertas gerados pelo sistema ATS, adotando as providências necessárias.
  • Realizar tratativas junto aos motoristas envolvidos em ocorrências e desvios relacionados à jornada.
  • Identificar e encaminhar mensalmente as analistas a relação de motoristas infratores para as devidas providências.
  • Conduzir o programa Café com o Motorista, promovendo orientações, alinhamento de procedimentos e fortalecimento da comunicação com a equipe operacional.
  • Gerar e enviar ao setor de Recursos Humanos o arquivo de importação do ponto eletrônico dos motoristas, dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Manter atualizados os grupos de motoristas no sistema ATS, garantindo alinhamento com as informações do sistema Multi.
  • Elaborar e encaminhar aos gestores os relatórios de motoristas infratores, apoiando o acompanhamento dos indicadores de conformidade.
  • Realizar o cadastro manual de todos os motoristas recém- admitidos no sistema ATS, assegurando sua correta inclusão e vinculação aos grupos operacionais.
  • Apoiar os gestores e as áreas correlatas no controle da jornada dos motoristas, garantindo conformidade com a legislação vigente e os procedimentos internos.
  • Zelar pela qualidade, integridade e confidencialidade das informações registradas nos sistemas sob sua responsabilidade
  • Sálario R$ 2.159,10 à R$ 2.304,68
  • Horário de trabalho das 06:00 às 12:00h e das 13:00 às 18:00

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Boa organização, atenção a detalhes e senso de responsabilidade.
  • Facilidade com informática (pacote Office ou Google Workspace).
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em ambiente operacional e dinâmico.
  • Boa comunicação para lidar com diferentes perfis de pessoas.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia em transporte, logística ou áreas administrativas.
  • Vivência com controle de jornada, ponto ou escalas.
  • Conhecimento básico da legislação de jornada de trabalho.
  • Experiência com sistemas de gestão de frotas ou RH.
