Key Requirements for This Role:

  • Age & Background: Must be 21 years of age or older (due to insurance and client transportation requirements), hold a valid Driver's License, have reliable transportation, pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Experience: 1 year of caregiving experience required (both professional employment and personal family care count!).
  • Specialized Care & Equipment Experience: Experience working with bed-bound clients and hands-on experience operating a Hoyer lift is strictly required.
  • Shift Availability: Must be available to work shifts Monday through Sunday within the 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM window for clients in Nashville.
