The posting

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality, non-medical and personal care assistance to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate is dedicated to maintaining each client's dignity, independence, comfort, and safety while building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • Provide assistance with walking, transfers, mobility, and positioning, as appropriate to the client's care plan and the aide's authorized scope of practice.
  • Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement.
  • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed and authorized.
  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide transportation and accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and other activities when required and authorized.
  • Observe and promptly report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Follow the individualized care plan, agency policies, infection-control procedures, and client safety guidelines.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and respect privacy, dignity, and independence.
  • Complete required visit documentation and communicate effectively with the office regarding scheduling, concerns, and client needs.
