Job Title: Converting Operator – Tier Three Department: Converting Reports To: Converting Supervisor GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB Responsible for safe & efficient operation of assigned converting machine(s), while ensuring product adheres to our quality policy. Provide necessary coverage when lead converting operator is out of office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Demonstrates Converting Operator – Tier 2 proficiencies to supervisor and lead. • Ability to start and stop all machines. • Has sufficiently completed all QT9 training. • Ability and willingness to carry out lead operator responsibilities when necessary. QUALIFICATIONS • Less than 3 attendance points. • Disciplinary action severity will be evaluated during mid-year or year-end reviews. Misconduct can affect advancement opportunities. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred. • 5+ years of manufacturing work experience. • 3+ years of converting work experience.
