Plant Electrician – Night Shift (6PM–6AM) Location: Bethel, PADepartment: MaintenanceClassification: HourlyReports To: Shift Supervisor We're hiring a skilled Plant Electrician to support our production operations during night shift. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and electronic systems across the facility to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable equipment performance.

What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and PLC‑based systems Support Pregis packaging lines, networks, and connected hardware Use testing equipment, wiring diagrams, and software tools (Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, IndraWorks, Exor) Install and maintain electrical wiring and equipment to NEC and company standards Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment Escalate complex issues to technical support when needed Assist with equipment installation and commissioning Maintain accurate documentation, service reports, and training records Follow all safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures Maintain parts inventory when required Work overtime or weekends as business needs demand
What You Bring
Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, electronic, PLC, industrial machinery) Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical prints Excellent communication skills Positive teamwork mindset Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Work Environment
Indoor manufacturing setting Exposure to moving machinery Heat, humidity, and noise levels above 85 dB PPE required
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing and stooping Occasional lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs Occasional sitting or computer work
Schedule
Full‑time Night Shift: 6PM–6AM Overtime as needed
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED Associate degree in Electrical Maintenance or Electrical Engineering preferred 5+ years of industrial electrical experience (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
