Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne mitdenkt, anpackt und Verantwortung übernimmt.

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist eine wichtige Drehscheibe zwischen unseren Kunden, dem Verkauf und dem Einkauf.

  • Betreuung unserer Kunden im Verkaufsinnendienst
  • Selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung von der Bestellung bis zur Fakturierung
  • Administrative Unterstützung unseres Verkaufsteams
  • Unterstützung beim Einkauf von Rohstoffen und Handelswaren
  • Mitarbeit bei Exportabwicklungen
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische und organisatorische Aufgaben

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Eigeninitiative und Freude am Mitdenken
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; ösisch und/oder Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Exporterfahrung ist ein Plus
  • Gute EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse und Offenheit, Neues zu lernen
  • Eine dienstleistungsorientierte, belastbare und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
