Vi søger en Portfolio Development & Insights Specialist til Marketing & Innovation, der kan identificere kommercielle muligheder i data – og omsætte dem til handling.

Du får en bred og tværgående rolle på tværs af Premier Is, Hjem-IS, globale brands som Oreo, Daim og Marabou og Private Label samt vores forskellige salgskanaler.

Du omsætter data og indsigter til handling – og skaber grundlaget for stærkere kommercielle beslutninger, optimeringer og produktvalg.

FORBRUGER- & KOMMERCIEL INDSIGT

  • Eje vores agenda for forbrugerindsigter og Brand Health Tracking
  • Arbejde praktisk og analytisk med Nielsen/NIQ, forbrugerdata og interne salgs- og performancedata
  • Drive forbruger-, koncept- og produkttests
  • Analysere performance på brands, produkter og lanceringer
  • Identificere forbrugerbehov, trends og kommercielle muligheder
  • Omsætte komplekse data til klare og handlingsorienterede anbefalinger

KOMMERCIEL OPTIMERING

  • Identificere og drive renovations- og optimeringsprojekter
  • Udarbejde business cases og scenarieberegninger med vurdering af effekt på volumen, COGS, margin og indtjening
  • Analysere muligheder inden for recept, emballage, format og sourcing
  • Identificere produkter, der skal skaleres, optimeres, renoveres eller udfases
  • Drive udvalgte projekter på tværs af organisationen fra identificeret mulighed til implementering

INNOVATION & FREMTIDIGE PRODUKTMULIGHEDER

  • Omsætte forbruger- og performanceindsigter til konkrete produktmuligheder
  • Kvalificere potentiale, forretningsmæssigt rationale og merbidrag for nye produkter
  • Identificere gaps, overlap og potentiel kannibalisering
  • Understøtte prioritering af innovationspipeline samt beslutninger om lancering, renovation og udfasning
  • Sikre et samlet perspektiv på tværs af lokale og globale brands samt Private Label

HVEM ER DU?

Erfaring fra FMCG samt praktisk erfaring med Nielsen/NIQ og forbrugerdata er afgørende.

Vi forestiller os desuden, at du:

  • Har erfaring fra analyse, Category Management, Marketing, kommerciel analyse eller lignende i FMCG
  • Har solid erfaring med Nielsen/NIQ eller tilsvarende markedsdata
  • Forstår dynamikker som distribution, pris, kampagner, produktmix og SKU-performance
  • Er stærk i Excel og komfortabel med data, modeller og økonomiske beregninger
  • Kan omsætte analyser til konkrete anbefalinger og business cases
  • Kommunikerer komplekse problemstillinger enkelt og overbevisende
  • Arbejder selvstændigt og trives med at drive projekter på tværs af funktioner
