Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOs Desafios que te esperam são:Realizar o faturamento das vendas da unidade, garantindo a emissão correta das notas fiscais e dos documentos necessários para a operação;Acompanhar as contas fixas da unidade, controlando vencimentos, pagamentos e encaminhamentos para os setores responsáveis;Realizar o controle e acompanhamento do estoque, garantindo a acuracidade entre o estoque físico e o sistema;Acompanhar as entradas e saídas de mercadorias, conferindo notas fiscais, quantidades e demais documentos relacionados;Auxiliar no recebimento, conferência, armazenamento e expedição de mercadorias;Monitorar movimentações de estoque, transferências, devoluções e ajustes, conforme os procedimentos internos;Apoiar a realização de inventários periódicos e a identificação de divergências de estoque;Acompanhar pedidos de vendas e apoiar a organização das retiradas e o cumprimento dos prazos;Organizar e manter atualizados os documentos e registros relacionados às operações logísticas;Elaborar e atualizar planilhas e relatórios de controle operacional, estoque e faturamento;Manter contato com os setores comercial, financeiro, fiscal e operacional para garantir o alinhamento das atividades.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade;Conhecimento básico em Excel;Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Desejável experiência em logística, estoque, faturamento ou rotinas administrativas.
