Customer Development Representative

Our platform streamlines prescribing by bringing together trusted drug information, coverage and prior authorization requirements, patient affordability options, and practice tools—while enabling compliant collaboration with pharmaceutical brand teams. PriorAuth is our flagship AI-powered workflow automation platform, transforming healthcare case management from manual processes to intelligent, automated conversations.

Position Overview: The Customer Development Representative (CDR) at PrescriberPoint is a strategic role focused on maximizing engagement, education, and utilization of our Samples product with HCPs on behalf of our pharmaceutical sponsors. With a strong background in HCP engagement and workflows, the CDR enables and drives sample pull-through, deepens provider relationships, and contributes to quantifiable script lift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage, educate, and activate targeted HCPs with our Samples functionality.
  • Guide providers through the sample request process and identify reorder opportunities proactively.
  • Consult HCPs and office staff to improve access and adherence.
  • Deliver high-touch service via phone, Zoom, and email, using a strategic, consultative approach to maximize utilization.
  • Analyze utilization data to identify opportunities for follow-up, expanded service use, and retention.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to refine scripts, outreach cadences, and follow-up workflows.
  • Document all activities in CRM with a focus on call outcomes, follow-ups, and value attribution.
  • Provide real-time product feedback to internal functions

Tablestakes:

  • 5+ years of HCP-facing sales or account management experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or specialty services.
  • Proven success in driving prescription growth and service utilization.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Highly proficient with CRMs and virtual engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoom).
  • Self-starter with a passion for improving the provider and patient experience.

Compensation: $70 to $85k base + performance bonus
