Onze specialiteit ? Pers, boeken, tabak, drank en snacks, Nationale Loterij, multimedia, dienstverleningen ..... kortom, alles wat de klant graag in zijn buurtwinkel komt kopen.

Onze kracht ? We hebben verkooppunten in het hele land : meer dan 186 winkels in stations, winkelstraten, shoppingcentra en andere strategische locaties met ruime openingsuren voor de behoeftes van elke klant.

Jobomschrijving

Het gaat om een innovatief winkelconcept waarbij onze winkel zich richt op de verkoop van dranken, sigaretten, snoepgoed en andere convenienceproducten. Daarnaast beschikt de winkel over een bakkerijafdeling waar we ter plaatse verse sandwiches, koffiekoeken, patisserie, pasta, panini's en andere lekkernijen bereiden.

Onze winkel is geopend van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 5.30 tot 21.00 uur en op zaterdag en zondag van 8.00 tot 20.00 uur. Dit vraagt om de nodige flexibiliteit, aangezien je telkens een halfuur vóór opening aanwezig bent om ervoor te zorgen dat de winkel vlot en correct kan opstarten.

Jouw rol

Als expert-verkoper/verkoopster ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het team en fungeer je als aanspreekpunt en voorbeeld voor je collega's (samen met je Shop Manager). Je staat mee in voor de dagelijkse organisatie en een vlotte werking van de winkel en zorgt ervoor dat elke klant een uitstekende winkelervaring beleeft.

Wat ga je doen ?

  • Je ontvangt klanten met een glimlach en biedt hen een warme, professionele en klantgerichte service.
  • Je luistert naar hun behoeften en adviseert hen op een deskundige manier.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op en draagt bij aan een tevreden en loyale klantenkring.
  • Je beheert de winkel van A tot Z: bestellingen, stockbeheer, administratie en kassabeheer.
  • Je helpt mee bij de bereiding en presentatie van onze foodproducten.
  • Je begeleidt, ondersteunt en coacht je collega's om hun betrokkenheid en motivatie te stimuleren.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een positieve en professionele teamspirit.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel steeds netjes, ordelijk en uitnodigend is, volledig in lijn met het imago van Shop & More.
  • Je volgt de administratieve taken nauwgezet op en respecteert de interne procedures.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Shop Manager om de dagelijkse werking van de winkel te optimaliseren.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan product- en verkoopopleidingen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou ?

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de verkoop (retail), winkelbeheer, horeca of klantenservice.
  • Klantgerichtheid zit in je DNA: je helpt mensen graag en haalt voldoening uit tevreden klanten.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, betrouwbaar en gestructureerd en weet klanten aan je te binden.
  • Multitasking is een van je sterktes: ook tijdens drukke momenten behoud je het overzicht.
  • Je neemt initiatief binnen de bedrijfsrichtlijnen en denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen.
  • Je beheerst de kunst van cross-selling en weet klanten op een natuurlijke manier enthousiast te maken voor ons aanbod.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en komt je afspraken na.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in een variabel uurrooster te werken.
  • Je beschikt over een goede mondelinge kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt.
