Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine dynamische und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Einrichter Assembly in 3\-Schicht(m/w/d).

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Einrichten und einstellen von Montageanlagen gemäss Produktionsplan
  • Optimieren von Anlagen bei zu hohem Ausschuss sowie Störungsbehebung
  • Mitarbeit in der laufenden Produktion inkl. erstellen von Auftragsdokumenten und Überprüfen auf Vollständigkeit
  • Reinigungsarbeiten an den Anlagen und Unterstützung in der Wartungsschicht
  • Teile prüfen gemäss Spezifikationen nach Eingriffen an der Anlage
  • Störungsmeldung an BMU und Dokumentation im Anlagenlogbuch
  • Melden von Abweichungen und Unregelmässigkeiten an den Vorgesetzten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den tangierenden Abteilungen: BMU, PE
  • Unterstützung der Teamleiter bei allgemeinen Produktionsprozessen
  • Weitergabe von Informationen bei Schichtübergabe
  • Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeitenden
  • Fortwährende Weiterbildung gemäss Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten
  • Unterhalt der zur Verfügung stehenden Betriebsmittel sichern

Qualifikationen

  • Technische Grundausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Mechanisches Verständnis und technisches Geschick
  • Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise mit automatisierten Anlagen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld ISO 8 \& GMP
  • Erfahrungen mit SAP von Vorteil
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
