Prestige Travel Agency by Mich está buscando un(a) Representante de Experiencia del Cliente en Viajes para brindar apoyo a los clientes durante todo su proceso de viaje, desde la reserva hasta el seguimiento posterior al viaje. Este puesto es ideal para personas apasionadas por los viajes, el servicio al cliente y la entrega de experiencias de alta calidad en un entorno de trabajo remoto.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Responder a las consultas de los clientes de manera oportuna y profesional a través de llamadas telefónicas, correo electrónico y plataformas de mensajería.
  • Asistir a los clientes con reservas de viajes, cambios, cancelaciones y solicitudes especiales.
  • Proporcionar información precisa sobre destinos, requisitos de viaje y políticas de la agencia.
  • Dar seguimiento a los clientes para confirmar itinerarios y nivel de satisfacción.
  • Resolver inquietudes o problemas de los clientes con empatía y habilidades efectivas de resolución de problemas.
  • Mantener registros precisos de los clientes y de las reservaciones.

Requisitos

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente (se valora experiencia en viajes o hospitalidad).
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
  • Comodidad con el uso de tecnología y aprendizaje de sistemas de reservas y herramientas CRM.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente en un entorno remoto.
  • Pasión por los viajes y un enfoque centrado en el cliente.
