  • Align Finance stakeholders on KPI definitions, business rules, reporting hierarchies, and management views needed for planning and performance analysis.
  • Partner with Enterprise Applications to translate Finance definitions and reporting needs into scalable solutions, while maintaining clear functional ownership within Finance and technical ownership within delivery teams.
  • Partner with Risk & Compliance to ensure key performance metrics, reporting processes, and data governance frameworks are disclosure-ready, appropriately controlled, and aligned with enterprise governance and regulatory requirements.

  • Define the reporting outputs, decision-support needs, and management routines that will help Finance leaders access timely, consistent, and actionable insight.

  • Identify process, data, and reporting improvements that will increase forecast quality, transparency, and efficiency.
  • Define and prioritize business requirements for scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and improved forecasting capabilities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
