This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

The Senior Analyst, FP&A is a critical partner to leaders across the Corporate Center, delivering the financial insights and forecasting rigor that drive strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. Success in this role means becoming a trusted advisor to senior leadership — translating complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives that influence business outcomes. This role exists to elevate the quality and efficiency of corporate financial planning, sitting at the intersection of finance, technology, and executive strategy within a high-visibility FP&A team reporting to the CFO organization.

In this role you will get to:

  • Partner with VP+ corporate leaders to develop, maintain, and challenge annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide financial targets and strategic priorities.
  • Conduct rigorous variance analyses of actuals versus forecast, budget, and prior year, translating findings into clear, forward-looking insights that enable leaders to act with confidence.
  • Contributes to executive-level financial reporting to the CFO and senior leadership, synthesizing complex data into concise, decision-ready materials.
  • Leverages AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to continuously improve forecasting accuracy, streamline recurring reporting, and surface insights with greater speed and precision.
  • Supports assigned corporate functions and shared services businesses with financial planning and analysis, operating as a collaborative business partner across a globally scoped portfolio.
  • Performs ad hoc financial modeling and strategic analysis in support of senior leadership priorities, operating with a high degree of independence and sound judgment under tight timelines.

What you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of progressive finance experience, including corporate FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or equivalent
  • Strong foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and corporate P&L dynamics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to senior audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with OneStream, HFM/Hyperion, or similar EPM platforms preferred; familiarity with AI and automation tools a plus
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to breaking down complex problems
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, managing competing priorities with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Intellectually curious, self-motivated, and eager to leverage technology to work smarter and drive continuous improvement

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
