In this role you will get to:

  • Serve as a senior escalation point for workplace issues and lead onsite team performance and daily priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency across multiple locations.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to balance cost, quality, and employee experience.
  • Lead workplace projects such as buildouts, relocations, refurbishments, and expansions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Support space planning, utilization analysis, and workplace optimization using data-driven insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally with People, IT, leaders, and local teams to enhance workplace experience, onboarding, and office programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations, while overseeing workplace systems and reporting on key metrics.

What you have:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, corporate real estate, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or regional office operations in a fast-paced, high-growth, or evolving environment.
  • Prior people management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead onsite and remote teams and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Strong experience managing third-party vendors, contracts, and service delivery models.
  • Strong fiscal oversight, including reviewing/approving invoices and managing an operations budget.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations and time zones.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with practical execution and escalation management.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Experience implementing workplace tools, systems, or automation.
  • Professional certifications such as CFM, MCR, CPR/AED, or OSHA training.
  • Experience working within outsourced service delivery models or managing external project teams
  • Working Model: Onsite
  • Travel required as needed to support regional offices, workplace projects, and vendor oversight.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
