Vi söker nu ytterligare en sjuksköterska som vill vara med och utveckla Prima Lidingö, en allmänpsykiatrisk öppenvårdsmottagning där erfarna medarbetare från olika professioner arbetar tillsammans kring våra patienter. Vi befinner oss just nu i en spännande utvecklingsfas där samarbete, engagemang och nya idéer är en viktig del av vårt arbete. Hos oss får du möjlighet att påverka och bidra till verksamhetens fortsatta utveckling.

Om tjänsten

Som sjuksköterska hos oss får du en central roll i patientens vård. Arbetet är varierande och innebär både självständiga bedömningar och nära samarbete med andra professioner.

Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattas bland annat av att vara fast vårdkontakt och samordna vården för en del av mottagningens patienter, genomföra strukturerade psykiatriska bedömningar och ha stödjande samtal, följa upp och utvärdera läkemedel, ge telefonrådgivning och kunna göra självständiga bedömningar vilket behov patient har.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska gärna med erfarenhet av psykiatrisk vård. Specialistutbildning i psykiatri är meriterande men inget krav.

Du är trygg i din yrkesroll, ansvarstagande och har förmåga att fatta självständiga beslut. Som person är du engagerad, flexibel och uppskattar en varierad arbetsdag. Du trivs med att samarbeta, arbeta mot gemensamma mål och ser möjligheter i förändringsarbete.

Vi lägger stor vikt på personlig lämplighet.
