  • Unterstützung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten bei hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten
  • Hilfe bei der Führung und Organisation des eigenen Haushalts
  • Unterstützung im Alltag, damit ein selbstbestimmtes Leben im vertrauten Zuhause möglich bleibt
  • Begleitung und Betreuung bei der Freizeit- und Tagesgestaltung
  • Gemeinsame Gespräche, Gesellschaft leisten und Förderung sozialer Kontakte
  • Individuelle Unterstützung entsprechend den persönlichen Bedürfnissen unserer Patientinnen und Patienten

Ihr Profil

  • Führerschein der Klasse B sowie ein eigener Pkw
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit sowie eine engagierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Herzblut für die Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Respekt, Wertschätzung und Verständnis im Umgang mit unseren Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Ausgeprägte Empathie, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und sicheres Auftreten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Arbeit im ambulanten Pflegedienst
