Como Retail Assistant, irás contribuir para tornar o dia dos nossos clientes mais agradável, todos os dias. E é assim que o vais pôr em prática:

  • Proporcionar aos clientes uma experiência incrível, respondendo às suas perguntas sobre tamanhos ou estilos, compras ou devoluções.
  • Preparar a sala de vendas, reabastecer as prateleiras, organizar os provadores e expor as últimas tendências, assim como manter o armazém arrumado e bem organizado.
  • Oferecer uma experiência nas caixas rápida, amigável e eficiente, gerindo as questões dos clientes, cancelamentos e devoluções.
  • Receber, processar e verificar as novas entregas. Levar os produtos à sala de vendas e certificares-te de que os preços são corretos, assegurando sempre que cumprimos os nossos elevados standards.
