Questa esperienza altamente formativa ti permetterà di acquisire conoscenze in ambito HR e avrai la possibilità di entrare in contatto con altre funzioni di store e sede per una reale opportunità di crescita e orientamento.

Descrizione del lavoro

In affiancamento allo/alla Store P&C Business Partner e i colleghi del Team ti occuperai di:

  • Amministrazione: inserimento presenze, cambi turno, malattie, ferie, gestione dei cedolini paga;
  • Organizzazione: comprensione delle logiche che stanno alla base dell’organizzazione oraria, supporto ai Manager per la creazione degli orari in base agli impegni commerciali, organizzazione piano ferie;
  • Selezione: pubblicazione annunci, screening CV e colloqui per la selezione di Addetti alle vendite del punto vendita di riferimento;
  • Formazione: ìter formativo dei nuovi colleghi, processo di induction e piani di sviluppo;
  • Sicurezza: organizzazione formazione obbligatoria per il personale del punto vendita, rendicontazione, DPI, piano di emergenza.

Informazioni aggiuntive

Se possiedi i seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea in materie Economiche/Giuridiche/Umanistiche o Master in Management/Risorse Umane;
  • Energia, positività, dinamismo e voglia di imparare
  • Attenzione al dettaglio e precisione;
  • Predisposizione a lavorare in team;
  • Padronanza nell’utilizzo del pacchetto Office;
  • Disponibilità full-time per 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al sabato (cinque giorni lavorativi).
