Stellenbeschrieb Ottenbach ist eine überschaubare Gemeinde mit ländlichem Charme im Reusstal, im Bezirk Affoltern. An unserer Primarschule werden rund 260 Kinder in 4 Kindergartenklassen und 10 Primarschulklassen unterrichtet. Nebst dem Kindergarten und der Primarschule befindet sich auf dem grosszügigen Schulareal der Hort, die Kita und die Spielgruppe. Rund 50 Schulschaffende engagieren sich für eine nachhaltige Schulentwicklung und eine gewinnbringende Zusammen-arbeit im Schulteam. Für unseren Hort suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und verant-wortungsbewusste Gruppenleiterin/Gruppenleiter Hort (60-70%) Einsatz während 39 Schulwochen | Arbeitstage: Montag bis Freitag In unserem modernen Gebäude des Hort Lollipop - direkt auf dem Schulareal - betreuen wir täglich bis zu 60 Kinder im Konzept des -Kinderrestaurants-. Dieses stellt Partizipation, Selbstständigkeit und einen respektvollen Umgang ins Zentrum. Als Fachperson mit Gruppenverantwortung übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der täglichen Organisation und Qualitätssicherung unserer Betreuungsaufgaben - gemeinsam mit der Leiterin Kita-Hort und einem engagierten Team aus Fachpersonen und Betreuungsassistenzen. Ihre Aufgaben

Tagesverantwortung im laufenden Betrieb Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Konzepts -Kinderrestaurant- Selbstständige Führung von Belegungs- und Anwesenheitslisten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Leiterin Kita und Hort Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit Eltern, Teammitgliedern und Lehrpersonen Das bringen Sie mit

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung EFZ Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Begleitung von Hortkinder Sicherheit im Umgang mit administrativen Aufgaben Erfahrung als Gruppenleitung/Gruppenleiter Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke Freude an der Arbeit im Team - mit einer Prise Humor und viel Herz für Kinder Das bieten wir Ihnen
