The District Manager, Human Resources at Prime Communications operates at the intersection of strategic support and transactional execution, ensuring that both long-term people strategies and day-to-day HR operations drive business success. This role partners with field leadership to translate strategy into action, while maintaining operational excellence across all locations in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

  • Uses data to guide decisions and improve performance.
  • Translates strategy into clear, actionable steps for leaders.
  • Builds strong partnerships to coach and influence leadership.
  • Leads and supports HR projects and initiatives.
  • Supports talent management, including hiring, onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Provides coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and team development.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Partners with leadership on workforce planning and organizational needs.
  • Promotes employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
  • Completes additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Human Resources Certification (SHRM or PHR) (Preferred)
  • 5-7 years as a multi-state/multi-unit HR Business Partner (Required)
  • Experience supporting, multi-state, multi-unit or retail environments
  • Proven ability to influence across levels and lead through change
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • High integrity and commitment to compliance and confidentiality
  • AI Proficienc
